Our 30-Day Return Policy

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, as long as it’s unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

90-Day Product Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our products. If your Bamboo Electric Toothbrush or any part of it breaks or stops working properly within 90 days of purchase, we’ll replace it free of charge, no hassle, no questions asked. Just contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

How to Start a Return

• Email our support team at hello@bamboosh.co with your order number and reason for return.

• We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.

• Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund back to your original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective on arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, toothbrushes that have been used or unsealed cannot be returned.
